Visualization is basically a practice that must be done every day.
It is extremely powerful and effective.

When you feel you want to visualize what you want, do it during the day at least a few minutes. This exercise can not only manifest exactly what you want, it can also help you practice the vibration of prosperity.

Here I explain how to do it…

  • Find a quiet place without discomfort. Sit in a chair or lie down so that your back and neck can rest comfortably.
  • Close your eyes and take 5 to 10 deep breaths. Breathe inhale with your nose and exhale with your mouth.
  • Relax your body when you are taking those deep breaths.
  • Now think of the quantity of money in your mind that you want. Have a clear picture of that number in your mind.
  • Now see that the number in your mind appears in your bank account. POWERFUL!
  • Visualize yourself as the first person to look at your electronic banking account (or on an ATM screen) that X amount of money is already here.
  • Keep your eyes closed and give a big silly smile. Feel the joy ease and release at this moment. The feeling you show will be important!
  • You do not know why or how the money is here but it is here. Now, imagine that you are going to use the money to buy, to pay or to give away what you want. Or even just let the money stay in the account if it seems best.
  • Take a few beep breaths (with your nose and mouth) and give a big silly smile. Feel the relief at this moment for as long as you want.
  • And when you’re done, say to yourself “Thank you. I am very grateful for all of this.” And open your eyes and that’s it! Easy!
